The screening interview will generally last between 20-30 minutes, and will consist of questions regarding your previous work experience, customer service skills, and availability/flexibility.
The panel interview is typically scheduled for 1-2 weeks after the screening interview, and will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. This interview will be conducted by 3-4 current Starbucks employees, who will ask you more detailed questions about your experience working with customers, as well as what you know about Starbucks coffee products.
After the panel interview, you will be contacted by a representative from Starbucks within 1-2 weeks regarding the status of your application – if successful, you will be offered a position with the company!
