Ashley Iaconetti is expecting her first child and has been updating her fans on how she is doing since revealing the happy news. Ashley and her husband, Jared Haibon, were open about their struggle to conceive, telling Heavy exclusively that they tried for seven months before becoming pregnant.
Ashley told Heavy in the same interview that, although she’s looking forward to being a mother, she’s been ill and simply doesn’t feel like herself. Ashley has also shared her struggles with pregnancy on Instagram, where she seems to have gotten some harsh comments.
Before baby Haibon makes his or her appearance in February, Ashley and Jared want to discuss both the good and terrible sides of pregnancy, giving viewers an honest glimpse at how things truly are in the Iaconetti-Haibon home. However, for some individuals, this is unacceptable, and Ashley has spoken out against it.

Ashley Admits She’s ‘Afraid to Post’ on Social Media Due to Rude Reactions
Ashley has been open and honest about her pregnancy, admitting that the first trimester was very difficult. “I have not liked this pregnancy at all,” she told Heavy. I don’t comprehend people, for example. I don’t understand how people can say things like, “Oh, I enjoyed being pregnant.” It makes me feel like punching them in the face!”
Ashley posted a close-up picture of the pregnant acne she has on her cheeks and neck in an Instagram post on August 10. “This is when hormones attack!” she said in the post, before going on to say that she hasn’t been paying attention to her skincare and hasn’t felt like herself.
Ashley stated in the second part of the post that she’s been receiving some not-so-nice comments on social media, which has made her “hesitant to post” more often.
“I’ve been reluctant to publish more frequent pregnancy updates because. ‘All you speak about is being pregnant,’ or ‘Put on some lipstick and smile,’ or ‘You’re being dramatic!’ say 5% of people (who I know I shouldn’t let get to me). ‘Suffer!’ or ‘All you do is whine!’ “Be thankful,” she says. Ashley wrote an essay.
“Just because I don’t enjoy my pregnancy doesn’t mean I’m not thankful or feel immensely blessed. I’ve never been able to conceal my emotions (as Bachelor Nation knows) and I’m not going to put out some fake smiley photos that don’t accurate depict how I feel. For the mass majority of you that appreciate the unfiltered, thank you! Thank you for all the loving & supportive messages! The messages I’m getting from other women currently pregnant or who have gone through rough pregnancies in the past mentally helped me a ton!” she added.
So far, Ashley has only shared one photo of her baby bump.
Fans will notice that Ashley hasn’t posted many pregnancy highs over the last several weeks if they take a look at her Instagram page. Many followers, on the other hand, are grateful that she’s going through it and that she’s being honest with the material she chooses to share.
Ashley posted the first picture of her baby belly at 13 weeks only a few weeks after announcing her pregnancy. “Is this a baby bump or a side of pregnant constipation from Wendy’s today?” On August 3, 2021, Ashley playfully asked her fans.
As previously reported by Heavy, Ashley’s more recent Instagram posts seem to suggest that she is more energized heading into her second trimester. Of course, fans hope that she really starts to feel better so she can enjoy the next few months before she and Jared meet their newborn.
