It’s become quite common to want to look for someone that you have lost touch with. This article has a few guidelines on some steps that you can follow or use to help you search.

Trying to find someone that you have lost contact with will usually mean you spending money. However, there are some free methods that you can put to use as soon as you are done reading this article.

The first place that you can look in is the white pages directory; you should be able to retrieve a person’s address by simply supplying their name and last known address. There are other fields that you could also fill in to make the search easier. You can just head over to whitepages.com to see how a typical site looks like and the kind of information you need to have at hand.

There are also a number of reverse search services that you can use. These sites allow you to do a reverse search by entering an piece of information you may have. This could be something like a SSN, email address, birthdate, last know address or something similar. This is basically any detail that will help the finder site match your details with the relevant profile in its database. If you are saying to yourself I need to locate someone free of charge, then try one of these methods.

Most of the internet service providers like Google offer members and people search services. All you have to do is log in to Google.com and use their search tool to search for “google people search” and you will see a list of results that will guide you on how to use Google to do this. YOu can even enter the details you have on the search box and see what comes out.
